COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP: All artwork purchased from Enchanting Merchant Co trading as Elfin Emporium (hereinafter referred to as “the Artwork”) is the intellectual property of Melanie Overton (hereinafter referred to as “the Artist”). The Artist retains all rights, including copyright, to the Artwork.
PERSONAL USE: You are allowed to use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to displaying it in your home, sharing it on social media, or using it as wallpaper for personal devices.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Artwork for personal use in a way that infringes upon the Artist’s copyright.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING: Any use of the Artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, merchandise, or any form of monetary gain, requires the purchase of a commercial license from the Artist.
To obtain a commercial license, please contact the Artist at hello@elfinemporium.co.uk, and the terms, conditions, and fees will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
PROHIBITED USES: You may not use the Artwork for any purpose that is unlawful or infringes upon the rights of the Artist.

ATTRIBUTION: When sharing the Artwork in a non-commercial context, you must credit the Artist by providing the following attribution: “Artwork by Mel O – Elfin Emporium”.
MODIFICATIONS: You may not modify the Artwork in any way without the express written consent of the Artist.
TERMINATION: The Artist reserves the right to terminate these terms and conditions or any granted license at their discretion if there is a breach of these terms.
By using the Artwork for personal use, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any commercial use of the Painting without obtaining a commercial license constitutes a breach of this agreement.
Mixed Media Product Components
All our products are designed and produced in the UK. Components that form part of the designs such as semi-precious gemstones, glass beads etc are sourced from UK suppliers.
The description in each product listing will provide the components that are used and the measurements of the product. Please note that a each item is individually handcrafted, there can be small variances in sizing.
Handcrafted products should be treated as pieces of artwork that are unique, lovingly designed and made with careful attention to detail. The products are inspired by nature and as with nature, there will be variances in the detailing.
It is important to note that the true colours of any product, painting or print can vary due to a number of factors:
- Variety of screens types such as computers, phones and ipads
- Lighting in the studio/location during the photographic process
- Screen colour and contrast settings
- Variants in paints, dyes and / or the natural colouring of gemstones & other components

Product Timelines
All products with the listed status of “In Stock” are posted within 3 business days once payment is received.
If a express shipment is required, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that our studio schedule can meet your deadline. There may be an additional fee for any rush orders.
Custom Orders
There is currently a 2 month turnaround for custom order from date of payment. Please contact us via our contact form HERE for a quote.

Payments at our online shop is processed via PayPal. PayPal accepts the following cards including debit cards (bank cards) if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo:

The PayPal system is secure and will encrypt your confidential payment information at the highest level industry standard while payment is being processed.

Packaging
All items will be packaged accordingly to ensure that they arrive to the customer securely. All paintings and prints shipped internationally will be sent in postal tubes to ensure they are protected during transit. Locally smaller paintings and prints will be posted flat, while larger paintings and prints will be posted in tubes.
Due to the delicate structure of some items, we may not always be able to combine items into one box for shipping. If we are able to, will be contact you to provide you with the option for combine shipping. If you select combine shipping, we will refund any difference in shipping. Combined items will be shipped once all the orders have been fulfilled.
Product Care
Handcrafted products are delicate by nature and require careful handling. Following the product care information with your purchase will mean that your product will last for a long time and make for a lovely keepsake.
Any of the botanical handmade components have been sealed with our custom seal to protect it from accidental water drops but will not tolerate saturation or constant water exposure.
Watercolour paintings and prints are best framed under glazed UV coated glass to protect it from moisture, humidity, dust, insects, cold and mildew. Without adequate protection, the colours may run or break. Paintings and prints are also easily be affected by light. Ensure they are not exposed to full sunlight and fluorescent light as it may cause the colours to fade and the paper to become brittle.
If the item requires cleaning, follow the detailed care instructions included with your purchase. Do not use chemical products of any type to clean your product as it will affect the components. If you are unsure, please email us for care instructions at hello@elfinemporium.co.uk.
It is best to keep your products stored in the box they were packed in as products are packed for long term protection.
Shipping - Local
Once your product has been packaged and shipped, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be provided to you.
Items over £100 will automatically be insured and the insurance fee will be factored into the cost of postage.
Any damages due to shipping must be communicated within 48 hours of receipt via email: hello@elfinemporium.co.uk. Any contact after 48 hours is the responsibility of the customer.
Should you require insurance on items less than £100, please contact us and we can organise insurance for your package.
Shipping time cannot be guaranteed by us as it is only an estimated time supplied to us by the service provider that is used. Public holidays, weekends and other factors like border closures due to the pandemic or inclement weather should be factored when considering the delivery times for your order.
It is important that the correct, secure address is included as no refunds or replacements will be provided if the order is shipped to an incorrectly supplied address.
Shipping - International
We ship to Australia, Canada and USA. All other countries, please email us directly to see if we are able to process your order. Please note that customers are responsible for ALL custom duties, taxes and fees. All international parcels are tracked and signed where possible. Tracking details will be supplied to the customer via email.

Returns & Other General Policies
Due to the delicate nature of the floral products that we handcraft, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item was damaged during shipping or the incorrect order was received. If the item is damaged during shipping or the incorrect item is shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can replace or refund as required. Any damages reported after this time, will be the customer’s responsibility.
The products created are not designed for play/use by children under the age of 10 as they contain items that are breakable, sharp and/or small materials.
